This patient, in her 40s, was diagnosed with breast cancer. After nipple-sparing mastectomy, and Dr. Sisco carried out staged reconstruction with a prepectoral tissue expander, later exchanging it for a larger implant per her preference, with fat grafting added to refine the contour.
