Case ID: 6151

Individual results may vary.

Case Details

This patient, in her 40s, was diagnosed with cancer in her left breast. Dr. Pesce performed a nipple-sparing mastectomy, and given her thin body habitus, Dr. Sisco placed the tissue expander in a retropectoral position, later exchanging it for a permanent implant with autologous fat transfer at the second stage to refine the contour.
