This patient, in her 50s, was diagnosed with cancer in her left breast. Dr. Pesce performed a skin-sparing mastectomy and Dr. Sisco placed a tissue expander. Dr. Sisco later completed reconstruction with exchange to a permanent implant, performing a reduction and lift on the right breast at the same time to achieve better symmetry.
