This patient, in her 60s, was diagnosed with cancer in her right breast. Dr. Pesce removed the cancer, and Dr. Sisco performed an oncoplastic breast reduction to reshape the breast while maintaining a natural, balanced contour. She subsequently underwent radiation therapy, which caused some mild tightening of the skin over time. Despite these expected changes from radiation, she has maintained a balanced and natural breast shape.
