This patient, in her 50s, presented with aging silicone implants, significant breast asymmetry, and a benign tumor in her left breast. Dr. Pesce removed the tumor, and Dr. Sisco removed her implants and performed a bilateral lift to restore a more natural, symmetric breast shape. She reports feeling relieved to have her implants out and pleased with her more natural results.
