Breast augmentation and tummy tuck

This woman in her 30s presented to Dr. Sisco with dissatisfaction with their breast size and asymmetry as well as significant bulging to her abdomen after pregnancy.  She had some left-sided breast drooping, but was not interested in a lift.  Dr. Sisco performed a breast augmentation with 210 mL silicone implants and was able to improve on her symmetry.  He also performed an abdominoplasty with significant tightening of her abdominal wall to give her a flatter torso. Her scars are maturing but she is very happy with her result.
