This patient, in her 20s, presented with symptomatic macromastia, experiencing physical discomfort related to the size and weight of her breasts. Dr. Mark Sisco performed a breast reduction with mastopexy, removing excess breast tissue and reshaping and lifting the breasts to create a lighter, more proportionate contour. Following surgery, she reports significant relief from her symptoms and is very happy with both the improved comfort and the more balanced shape of her breasts.
