Breast Reconstruction with Prepectoral Implants and Lower Lift

This patient in her 50s underwent implant-based breast reconstruction following a breast cancer diagnosis. Her journey began with a tissue expander, later exchanged for prepectoral implants. To further enhance symmetry and softness, Dr. Mark Sisco performed fat grafting and a breast lift at the time of implant exchange.
