Revision Breast Augmentation with Lift

This woman in her 50s and undergone breast augmentation approximately 20 years ago.  She had developed scar tissue around the left implant soon thereafter, but it persisted despite an attempt to fix it.  She ultimately decided to live with it, but over time noted worsening asymmetry, partially due to her right breast dropping.  Dr. Sisco removed the scar tissue on the left side, replaced her breast implants, and was able to perform a lift to significantly improve on her symmetry.  The patient was very pleased with the results.  Her greatest complaint was that she had not fixed things earlier!
