This patient in her 50s had undergone previous breast augmentation. She developed substantial scar tissue around her left implant, which resulted in displacement of the implant with asymmetry. Dr. Sisco replaced both implants, removed scar tissue, and adjusted the implant position to correct her asymmetry.
