This woman in her forties developed a breast cancer and elected to undergo a double nipple-sparing mastectomy. She wanted to be larger, so Dr. Sisco performed immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expanders to stretch her breast skin. Her final reconstruction was accomplished several months later with 400 ml silicone implants.
