Case #58

This woman with breast cancer underwent a double skin-sparing mastectomy. She wanted to be significantly larger, so Dr. Sisco reconstructed her breasts in two stages with tissue expanders, followed by placement of 650 cc round silicone implants. Her nipples were reconstructed using skin grafts from her inner thigh.
