Case #453

This woman in her 40s desired a prophylactic mastectomy.  However, she wanted to be smaller and lifted.  In order to safely allow a nipple sparing mastectomy, Dr. Sisco first performed a staging breast reduction and lift, followed by tissue expander to implant-based reconstruction.  She has not reduced her risk for breast cancer, while maintaining a smaller, more lifted appearance.
