This woman required a prophylactic double mastectomy. She has lost a significant amount of weight, leaving her breasts deflated. After nipple sparing mastectomy, Dr. Sisco reconstructed her breasts with tissue from her abdomen. He was then able to lift both breasts to give her a more youthful appearance.
