Case #328

This woman in her 40s had gone undergone breast augmentation and abdominoplasty several years previously. She felt that her implants were too large and she had persistent abdominal bulging.  She desired flattening of her abdomen, and a small decrease in the size of her implants.  Dr. Sisco performed a revision abdominoplasty, tightening her abdominal wall.  He also downsized her implants and lifted her breasts to improve her contour.
