This woman in her 40s underwent a one-sided mastectomy. She desired a somewhat larger, lifted appearance. Dr. Sisco performed a two-stage reconstruction, using an implant and lift to rebuild the left breast, and a smaller implant and left to make the right side more symmetrical.
