This woman in her fifties developed breast cancer. She desired to be larger. Dr. Sisco performed her breast reconstruction in two stages using latissimus dorsi flaps and silicone implants. Her implants are 250 cc in volume. She subsequently had nipple reconstruction and tattooing.
