This woman in her sixties had 30-year-old ruptured subglandular silicone implants. She had significant deformation from scar tissue and capsular contracture. Dr. Sisco performed breast augmentation revision surgery by removing the old implants and scar tissue. He repositioned new implants under the muscle using 190 ml implants.
