This patient, in her 30s, had previously undergone prophylactic mastectomy with prepectoral silicone implant reconstruction performed elsewhere. Presenting with implants that were too large and visible rippling, she came to Dr. Sisco, who downsized her implants and tightened the overlying skin to achieve a more natural, proportionate result. She reports feeling much more comfortable and pleased with her improved contour.
