This woman in her 60s sought out Dr. Mark Sisco in Northbrook, Illinois, almost 15 years after her mastectomy and breast reconstruction with implants. Her implants had become firm, misshapen, and uncomfortable. An MRI showed that her implants were ruptured. Dr. Sisco replaced her silicone implants (510 cc), removed the scar tissue, transfered fat to her chest area, and improved her symmetry.
