Case #77

This woman in her sixties developed a right breast cancer many years after undergoing a lumpectomy and radiation for a left breast cancer. Her prior surgery had left the left breast scarred and smaller than the right. She desired a double mastectomy. Due to her extensive scarring on the left, Dr. Sisco performed a latissimus flap and a 470 cc implant on this side. He reconstructed the right breast with a 700 cc silicone implant.
