This woman in her sixties underwent a left breast lumpectomy with radiation therapy. She subsequently decided to have a double risk-reducing mastectomy. Due to her history of radiation, Dr. Sisco reconstructed her breasts with latissimus flaps and 350 ml silicone gel implants.
