Latissimus Flap Breast Reconstruction

This woman underwent a double mastectomy without reconstruction, followed by radiation therapy on the left. She saw Dr. Sisco to complete her breast reconstruction. Due to her significant radiation injury, Dr. Sisco performed a revision breast surgery using latissimus flaps with 550 ml implant placement, followed by nipple reconstruction.
