This woman in her 50s lost 100 pounds after gastric bypass surgery. Despite her improved health, she continues to have substantial excess skin and fat to the abdomen and the loose abdominal wall. Dr. Sisco proceeded with a fleur-de-lis abdominoplasty with tightening of the abdominal wall.
