This woman in her forties lost almost 100 lbs after bariatric surgery. She had reached her goal weight and was very active, but was unhappy the appearance of her abdomen. She had a breast reduction before losing weight, and was also concerned about her breasts’ deflated appearance. Dr. Sisco performed a breast augmentation through her previous breast reduction scars and a tummy tuck. She has 375 ml silicone implants.
